In Your Face Uniforms Terms and Conditions
Design/Sizing
i) All designs created by IYF remain the property of IYF unless otherwise agreed upon between concerned parties
ii) Designs cannot replicate any current NBA, collage or NBL designs. They can come from an idea of one of these designs and can be similar, but due to copyright laws we need to make sure they are different.
iii) Designs can be submitted by concerned parties or an idea for a design can be submitted for designing by IYF staff.
iv) Any changes that get made to the design need to be done on a proof and agreed upon before production starts. The production runs off the proof that is signed off on, so any said changes MUST be added to the proof and is the responsibility of the client to check the proof before they approve production to begin.
v) All shades and colours may have a slight variation to final production.
vi) All sizing is the responsibility of the client. IYF takes NO responsibility for miss sized items. Size charts will be provided for clients to base their sizes on.
Replacements
i) Replacement items are available if required, however they cannot be ordered within 30 days of receiving original order. Please take into consideration the material used such as minor shade issue, for instance, shade of colour might have been 10% lighter or 10% darker for consecutive replacement due to our fabric supplier but rest assured the quality is still consistent and at it's best.
ii) Replacements and extra uniforms also need to have set the minimum order of 12 sets, unless otherwise agreed upon at earlier date.
iii) Replacements and extra uniforms MAY incur a one off production cost.
Cancellations
i) Cancellation of orders is permissible without penalty if the order is cancelled within 1 business day of the order being made. However there is a cancellation fee for anything that is cancelled more than 1 business day after the order has been made. The fee depends varies and is determined by the order made. Stock uniforms incur a fee of 15% of the total fee; custom uniforms incur a fee of 40% of the total fee.
Payment terms
i) We require 50% of the total fee quoted before production of items will begin
ii) We require the remaining 50% to be finalised before items will be shipped
iii) We accept direct deposit, money orders, Pay Pal, cash, cheques. All money orders and cheques are to be made payable to In Your Face Uniforms.
Delivery
i) Delivery time frame is approximately 4-6 weeks after the order has been finalised.
ii) We can not guarantee time frame for delivery as there may be production or shipment issues that can create delays.
Warranty
i) IYF warranty covers faults arising from defective workmanship or materials. Should any fault due to defective workmanship or materials be proven at any time within the warranty period of thirty (30) days from the date of final retail sale to end user, IYF will rectify such fault free of charge, providing the product is returned freight paid to IYF with proof of purchase
ii) IYF warranty is limited to credit or replacement of defective products if and only if the product is misused from normal wear and tear, failure to follow proper care instruction stated at label, abuse of such product and altered by anyone other than duly authorized IYF personnel.
iii) The warranty period for all products is thirty (30) days after the date of final retail purchase by the end user, provided that under no circumstances, will the warranty extend more than three (3) months from the date of manufacture of the products, the warranty shall not cover any abuse, improper use, altered or use other than in accordance with the proper care instructions issued by IYF and in compliance with the quality control ratings and characteristics specified for each type of the product
iv) Subject to the matters set out in this warranty, no liability, (expressed or implied) is accepted for any consequential loss, damage or injury arising as a result of a fault in the Product.
By accepting the design and quotation you are herby accepting the above terms and conditions.
